How does an end-of-tenancy house clearance work?
First, please send us a photo, along with details about the job and its location, so we can provide you with a quote. After booking your collection date, our team will call you to confirm their arrival time before they remove your waste and/or belongings.
Once we’ve finished the clearance, we’ll sort through the waste and recycle as much as we can. We’ll leave your property in a tidy state so you can get it cleaned before your next tenant moves in.

Are landlords required to clean properties between tenants?
