We have really downsized from a 4-bedroomed victorian terrace to a 4-roomed apartment and after charities had taken what they wanted to sell we were left with large items and detritus. fter a sudden death in the family, we had a Alimited time to clear the house and give the keys back to the housing association. After a quick call to inquire, they sent two members of the team to the house within the hour to evaluate the clearance. We agreed on a price, which was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. We decided on the following morning for the work to be carried out, and by 10am the following day it was done.
